Procrastination has plagued me my entire life, so finding a book that provides clear, practical steps to deal with both overthinking and procrastination was a real find. The author breaks everything down in a simple, easy-to-understand way, with tips I could start using right away. I can’t be sure this is the fix I’ve been looking for, but it’s looking good.

This is a very well-structured book. One book is about overthinking, and the other is about procrastination. Together, they offer very good strategies to tackle both problems. I found it easy to read, well-researched, and explained the concepts well.
