    I got this runner for our kitchen and I'm very impressed by it. The kitchen has a stone floor which means that mats move around on it, even with a mat underneath which is supposed to stop them moving. This runner has a rubber backing and so far it's staying put. I thought when I ordered it that it was machine washable but that was my error as it's hand wash only but it seems from the description that it's easy to treat any stains that may get on it. I've bought a couple of runners online before so you obviously can't see them before you buy but I've found that unless you go for a plastic one, they tend to be quite thin, rather like a thinnish carpet. This one is far better than that - it has low tufts of fabric - I got the grey one - and it looks rather expensive, certainly far more expensive than our previous ones. It seems easy to keep clean and I think the price is fair for the quality so I'd recommend it.

    This is a very good quality rug. It rolled out and apart from the very inner edge (when it was rolled up) was flat against the carpet quickly and weights on that edge flattened out nicely. It has a non slip rubber backing that firmly grips our underlying carpet and it hasn’t moved since it has been placed. Often I have to put an anti slip base underneath the rub or rug grippers but with this, it seems to stick firmly.It has a textured surface and although understated is quite attractive for what it is. The textured pattern also looks like it would hide marks quiet well in use, although it can apparently be cleaned with mild detergent for any stains. This is a really nice rug.

    This is a proper weighted runner that the vacuum cleaner can go over easily without sucking it up.The runner arrives factory rolled and sealed and opens up flat and lays easily flat after settling time.This runner has a weighted feel and has a 'stay put' offering in it's real doormat appearance style of material made of polyester.The edges are neatly bound and has a non slip silicone type backing and not this daft dots style.So pleased this runner arrived rolled as I've ordered a couple previously that had been folded and were dangerous and unusable.
