I hate big chunky cases, and that, this is not! Nice slim case that is also textured to the touch which makes it a bit more grippy. Good amount of lip over the screens and the camera lenses to provide a good amount of protection.

If you've spent a small fortune on your iPhone 15 Pro Max, you'll want a case to protect it. I'm slowly working my way through cases. I've tried everything from the cheap silicone cases to the much loved Caudabe Sheath, imported from America after seeing Apple bloggers raving about it. However, as much as I love the Sheath for its practicality, it's not exactly an interesting case. Enter the Otterbox, with its fun speckled design.The first thing you'll probably notice is the feel of it. It's rubbery, but the multi-coloured plastic chips haven't been smoothed off. They protrude enough that you can feel them, even if you can't see the protrusions. Perhaps they will smooth off in time? It is a rather odd sensation. Not unpleasant, but you can feel those plastic chips are there.Construction seems to be a hard plastic shell, with the blue rubber coating on the outside of that. This means it's a nice sturdy structure, as opposed to the silicone cases which can bend and flex. It also means that the side walls are going nowhere, which is a blessed relief, as I've had phones which have been damaged by soft-walled cases which allowed various items to get stuck down the sides and scratch the body of the phone. The rubbery coating also gives it some grip if you put it on a less than horizontal surface. For example, my car's dashboard is curved, and without the rubber edges, the phone just slides down the dashboard surface. Not a problem with the rubbery edges of this case.Getting it onto the phone is pretty easy. It is a good fit, and you will need to work it in slightly, although it's not difficult. It's just enough to let you know that this case is going nowhere. The buttons line up nicely, and the ports are accessible, although I will say that the opening for the USB C port is not the largest I've seen, so if your charging cable has a chunky head on it, it may not fit.The lanyard holes annoy me. I'm not a lanyard user, and how many grown adults do you see actively using a lanyard? I'm betting it's not the majority. The way I see it, these are just superfluous openings where grit and dust can get in. While we're on the subject of little issues, there's a very obvious seam where the front and back of the case were joined together. It doesn't affect the case, but at this price point, I'd expect more of an effort to give the case a neater finish.MagSafe grip is good. It's not the strongest, but if you're not relying on it to carry loads of weight, it should be okay. For comparison, the Caudabe's magnetic grip is a bit stronger, and the Torras case I have is the strongest of all. The Otterbox holds my PopSocket sufficiently, and I'd have to pull pretty hard on it to pull it off the case. Not as hard as I'd have to pull on it to get it off the Caudabe, but it's absolutely fine for what I use MagSafe for.I've not dropped the phone in this Otterbox case yet, but I think it will be well protected. The rubber should cushion the impact nicely, and the lip of the rim means you've got some clearance to keep the screen safe if it should fall screen side down. If I'm wrong and it gets damaged in this case, I'll come back and update.In summary then, it's a good case. I still don't think it's going to be a "Forever case" (I'm still on the hunt for something which matches the lovely Nimbus 9 Cirrus 2 which I had on my last phone), but it makes a nice change from the plain cases I've had on my phone to date, and Otterbox's reputation is good enough for me to think it's going to look after my iPhone well. I think the price is ridiculously high, even on the Warehouse Deals price I paid for it (£32), and I certainly wouldn't want to buy it at £39, which is its current full price.

I saw some OtterBox cases at work and I was impressed by their build quality and looking on the Apple store they had some OtterBox cases, so I interpreted this to mean that they are approved by Apple. This case is a big improvement on my previous cheaper case and styled well, has a nice field to it and with the coloured dots it feels quite stylish and sturdy my hands.

Case is very good for 15 pro max, originally had the Apple silicons case decided to give this a try and the case is hands down way better great protection for the screen and bezels and camera protection. Case is not bulky easy to get out of pocket as well definitely suggest this case 100% worth it.

I like the look of this case but after a couple of weeks use it starts to feel greasy and slippery to hold. the plastic/silicone-like finish feels like it's starting to break down. its an odd material and I don't think I would buy again.

OtterBox Core Series Case for MagSafe for iPhone - it works well on iPhone 15 and 14 which I was able to test.All cutouts are perfectly executed, power and volume rocker buttons are covered.The magsafe works well with mag safe charger and other compatible accessories.The case has good grip keeping your phone safety I while holding it.3x Tested to Military Standard.I definitely recommend.

I have been very happy with this case from OtterBox, The case came well packaged and presented. First impressions were very good. The case seems well made, Tough and durable. I like the unusual design of this case. All buttons can be used with ease and the charging port is still easily accessible. I'm happy and would recommend to others.
It works!
Typically, I use phone cases more for style and grip. I just got a new phone and got this case. Literally the next day, I drove off with my phone on the roof of my car. (The Bluetooth was still connected, so I didn’t realize). I heard a clunk and saw it go flying from my side mirror. When I retrieved my phone, it was signaling hard impact and was about to call 911! But my phone was 100% fine. There’s now a small ding on the case from the impact, but to be expected.
