    Very light and slim 🤩, it's a little smaller then I thought (screen) 14 inch .Now it's working fine smooth doing the dog not gonna lie I'm satisfy.Noe it's not super fast but it's not slow either so if you need just for study or general use it's fine 😃 delivery was next day fast too well packaged 👍👍👍

    I like the laptop as its fast enough and easy enough to use. the only down fall is that it has no google chrome installed = it has Microsoft Edge which takes a while to get use to but all good - for 200 euros its well worth it.

    This is the first time I have purchased a laptop from Bolo and the first time I have had to return one in over 20 years of owning them. It loaded up fine on first use and did all it had to do. Then came what should have been a simple task of using a browser for the first time and accessing emails etc. It immediately froze with Microsoft Edge not working at all. Accessing settings and all other functions was painfully slow and repeatedly locked up. Shutting down and restarting several times failed to resolve the issue.This could be just a rogue PC and probably a software problem. However, it is not acceptable for a new laptop and I am in the process of returning it for a refund. Back to a local retailer from now on.
