These have a lovely flavour and they work so well. I was using a different gummie but they changed the ingredients to contain 5THP which sadly means I can't use it because it interacts with my anti depressants.But these gummies have different ingredients and work amazingly well and I sleep through the night.

I was suspicious at first but these have had such a positive impact on my sleep, I’m diagnosed with ADHD and have had issues getting to sleep for as long as I can remember, my brain just doesn’t shut up when I’m trying to go bed.
