    With the context that I am only expressing my personal experience with the product here, I am happy to give this a positive review. My nutritionist recommends I use something like this, your experience may be different of course, so advice should be sought for your own unique circumstances.Containing a large dose of Turmeric with Black Pepper and some MCT oil, these capsules are well made and easy to swallow. I find they help my condition, and would be happy to buy them again.

    As someone with an ileostomy, I sometimes find difficulties with supplements and the side effects they can create. I have tried turmeric and curcumin but had to stop using them after only one or two doses. I have been taking these for nearly two weeks with no side effects.The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow. They have no odour, flavour or aftertaste.As I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks, I cannot attest to the long-term efficacy of the product, but I have noted a slight reduction in my inflammatory issues.The Toniiq Turmeric Curcumin Supplement is excellent value for money at £9.99 (the price at the time of writing this review), especially with the addition of MCT oil. Many other supplements do not offer this at such a competitive price.

Therefore, unfortunately, I can not comment on these aspects in this review.Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these Curcuma Pura turmeric extract capsules from Toniq and am likely to buy more. The inclusion of MCT oil and pepper is bonus. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

    I was impressed with these tumaric pills with added with mct, they seem of high quality.I follow a keto diet too and the mct powder is good for absorption, and we know the natural benefits of tumeric.So they work for me.I have no problem with the size of tablet and there is no after taste.They just do what they are supposed too.A good brand, happy with them.

    These capsules are very easy to take as they are not too big. Have not noticed any difference so far as only been taking them a few days but heard curcumin is very good for joint pain so am hoping they help me out. Nicely packed in a small tub, so easy for storage.

    Compared to my previous brand, these capsules are fatter and harder to swallow, with no distinct turmeric taste.I've been using turmeric for a few months now, and whilst originally I noticed the difference between taking it and not, that effect appears to have tapered off since switching to this brand.Now whether that was something that was going to happen eventually, or whether it's because I switched brands, I really don't know. But as it stands, I'm probably going to stop taking these at the end of the bottle.

    I've take turmeric before in liquid form, dissolved in water. The taste wasn't great and it always felt like a chore. These capsules are much easier to take and have no after taste. There is plenty of information out there on the benefits of turmeric and these are a good value, month's supply (at 2 capsules a day). They are well packaged in an attractive plastic jar.

    You cannot go wrong by ordering from this company, had an issue with one of their supplements and they swiftly took care of a refund for me that Bolo will not do.     I hurt my hip flexor at work & do not want to take time out to rest it because you need to see a doctor and yada yada so I have been doing YouTube yoga to help and an instructor suggested Curcuma supplements so I came across these. 2 days of waking up and taking 3 of these with a glass of milk and I am feeling relief. Will be buying more for sure!
