Big fan of probiotic flora I have used this for many years and has great effect. This one was slightly on the more expensive side for 30 Capables however has had great results.Helps to restore a healthy female pH balance for a healthy gut bacteria.Small in size tablet that was easy to take with no aftertaste and can be taken before or after food and ok to take on an empty stomach.Highly recommend this product and I have had no side effects with this tablet,it is part of my daily routine. I really believe this product is fantastic and really does help restore my natural PH balance.

I got these for my wife, because I'm a firm believer in the power of good bacteria and the more the better!The capsules are easy enough to swallow and you just need one a day. They're free from gluten, soya, dairy and suitable for vegetarians. She hasn't experienced any issues as a result of taking them.Precision Biotics have a separate website and also have their products available on the high street along with a 4* rating on Trust Pilot.

They are of a medium size and easy to swallow.It is a monthly supply as 1 capsule should be taken daily.I've been taking them for a few days, so I haven't noticed any significant improvement yet, but I also don't have any side effects.Nice ingredients, easy to take, not cheap, but made by a good company and available also in Boots.Definitely worth trying!
