I'm so impressed with this set! For just under £15 I really wasn't expecting much, but it's actually great, and would make a super gift.You get two lumps of clay, about (this is from memory as I've used them, so don't quote me on it) 5x4x1" (12.5 x10x2.5cm). They're larger than I was expecting. You also get several paints, base coat, varnish, paintbrushes (not the best quality, but perfectly serviceable), tools and a sponge.The instructions are clear and perfect if you're not sure what you want to make, giving you details for making a basic pot.Although the packaging is definitely geared towards children, the actual product is good for beginner adults too, so don't let that put you off.This really deserves its five stars.

This is a brilliant set, it comes with everything you need and more.I would say that there is enough clay to use this set across four people, each making a small fun pot/trinket dish, or anything really!This is a great idea for spending a couple of nights in with friends or for date night - just bare in mind you will want to make your item, then let the clay dry then revisit it at a later date to varnish and paint.The kit includes some instructions and tool to help you craft.

Fun and simple air dry clay kit. Everything you need is included in the kit.The kit will take several days to complete, as after the clay has been formed, it neds to air dry before it can be painted.Lovely kit for adults and kids alike.

This a good kit with full instructions. Packed very well into a giftable box.You get two bricks of air dry clay, scrapers and shapers, and a sealed bag with all of the paints and varnishes in to keep safe. You also get brushes and a sponge pad.You will need a roller, grease proof paper and water that are not in the kit.The instructions are clear and should be followed for best results.With 5 colours to choose from you will be able to create a work of art!

My daughter has just started pottery lessons so this is a great gift box for her as it contains everything you need to get started including the clay, five tubes of paints and clear gloss varnish. This is an excellent idea and very well thought out to excite people new to pottery.

I got this pottery kit to use with a mini pottery wheel I was given as a gift.Comes with two squares of air dry clay, a sponge, two brushes and three tubes of paint as well as bottom coat and acrylic top coat, plus tools.Very complete and will be great fun to work with when it's too cold to do resin out in the workshop.

We have had a dry clay set before and what sets this 'Air Dry Clay, Pottery Set' from abeec from the others is that it is far better priced. For what you get, you get a two lumps of clay, paints, brushes, tools. You even get a primer and varnish to finish it all off.As the process takes time, the set will actually work for a couple of craft sessions, if not more. You will have to design your item, then let it dry to later paint and, later again, varnish. The finish item will not make it to an art gallery and skill levels will differ, but it is nice to have something you can hold and look at once you are finished.
