Love this smoke /fog /light projector, I can't say how pleased I am with it ,it's brilliant, the reviews were really good and they were right .We're so excited about Halloween, we look forward to Halloween every year and we always try to make it better and more exciting each year and it's definitely going to be with this great machine 😁

Arrived quickly, packaging fine but plugged it in the power light doesn’t work so assumed no power getting to unit then it starts giving off bad electrical smell. Because it’s sold by a third party there is no refund. Waste of money and god knows what would have happened if it was left plugged in!!

The machine arrived today and the remote does not work. I called customer services (Bolo) who refused to help as on their system it was showing as delivered. I need this for a party for my son in 2 days. I was told to wait 24-48hrs to call back. I explain this was unexceptable due to when I need the machine for and asked to speak to a supervisor. The call taker refused this and ended the call. Worse customer service ever.

UPDATED REVIEWSo, I contacted the supplier directly rather than going from Bolo. They were very good and posted out a replacement machine, which arrived early the next day.1. It worked for about 10 seconds and then spluttered to a stand still.2. Check fuses - all fine.3. Left for a while and tried again.4. It worked.5. HOWEVER, it work intermittently.6. Updated star-rating to reflect customer service from supplier but the product is not reliable.ORIGINAL REVIEWVery disappointed.Followed all the instructions and item doesn't work. Just sprays out liquid.When you request a refund, you'll go round and in circles with Bolo.A total scam and an expensive mistake. Son very sad that his halloween celebrations will be missing the smoke.

So we trialed this last night with it being Halloween today we naturally want to use it tonight, it blows out a few puffs of fog and boom….. cuts off! It stays off for about half an hour before deciding to work again, massive over heat problem, isn’t the best quality at all, the noise & lights are brilliant, the fog isn’t great as it doesn’t stay on long enough to blow much out at all before it over heats and refuses to do anything at all! My advice is…. Look for something else, pay a bit more on a much better quality one rather than this one if you’re expecting more than 2 puffs of fog to come out

Dieses Gerät hat gestern zu Halloween 🎃 bei uns Premiere gehabt. Es war der volle Erfolg. Klasse 👍 Nebelschwaden,Klasse Lichteffekte,,Klasse Sound. Die Kids hatten ihren Spaß,die geklingelt hatten und man hat uns gelobt.Fazit: unbedingte Kaufempfehlung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appareil prometteur qui, malheureusement, fonctionne par intermittence car chauffe très très vite et se coupe. A chaque branchement, je crains que cela ne fonctionne pas et c'est le cas une fois sur deux. Mais quand ça veut, l'effet est très réussit, aussi bien la luminosité que la fumée.Gros bémol : pas de remboursement ni de retour possible car vient de l'international.

¡Esta máquina de humo está brutal para Halloween! Aún no hemos llegado a la fecha, pero la probamos en casa y ya estamos flipando, sobre todo mi niña, que está emocionada con los efectos.El diseño, con la calabaza LED hace un efecto y un humo súper chulo con luces de colores y los sonidos son geniales, nos lo pasamos en grande jugando con ella.Además, llegó rapidísimo y el embalaje estaba perfecto, todo súper bien protegido. Es fácil de montar y usar, con el mando a distancia es una gozada. Aunque es pequeña, hace un montón de humo. ¡Estamos deseando usarla en Halloween, va a ser un éxito! ¡Si tienes peques, les va a encantar!

Marche 1 minute et il faut débrancher et attendre 30 minutes pour que ça remarche de nouveau 1 minute.ça chauffe énormément et il faut attendre que ça refroidisse pour la refaire marcher.Dommage car quand ça marche l'effet est super.

Gerät funktioniert leider nicht. Es wird nur heiß, signalleuchten, Nebel, Töne und Licht funktionieren nicht! Verkäufer kann man nicht kontaktieren. Nur Chat mit ohne Lösung! Sehr ärgerlich!
