    I purchased a product two weeks ago, and it is not functioning as expected. Despite the battery being fully charged (100%) and the Bluetooth connection established, I am unable to use it for audio, music, or calls.Additionally, I have been informed that no returns are possible after just two weeks, which I find both unreasonable and unacceptable.I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this issue.

    Zunächst beträgt der Rücksendezeitraum nur 2 Wochen, was viel zu kurz ist. Das Hauptproblem mit diesem Produkt ist, dass sich nur 1 Earphone verbunden hat. Haben sich mal beide verbunden, dann aber nur, wenn man es nicht wollte. Zum Hören ging dann wieder nur ein Teil. Nach dem Aufladen war die Akkulaufzeit deutlich kürzer als beschrieben. Somit ein Produkt zum Entsorgen.

    Die Kopfhörer sind technisch eine Katastrophe. Musik hören ja - telefonieren funktioniert gar nicht. Gehen deshalb zurück.

    I had purchased this item as a Stocking Stuffer for one of my Grandkids and I can Only report what he tells me....and he said it's awesome ! So if this kid is saying that....trust me, they gotta be awesome :-)
