    I am very satisfied with this product, and I bought this to capture the footprints of my newborn. I received 2 ink pads, 6 post card sized and sturdy pieces of paper and 2 paper frames (one white and one black). There are instructions but I think it's pretty self-explanatory. The amount of pressure needed was really the only question I had but after a few goes at it I figured it out. Therefore, you may need to plan for a few practice runs and want to use one ink pad over and over on a sheet of A4 paper until you've got it figured out.For my newborn I took the approach of laying the paper on a hard surface and taping one edge of the ink pad to the paper so it wouldn't move. With the newborn upright and sleeping soundly in my arms, I pressed each foot into the pad and used my fingers to apply firm pressure around the foot from heal to toes. I was able to angle her feet just enough to fit both of them on the pad one at a time. Placing one foot at a 45 degree angle at the bottom of the pad left me enough space to put the other one straight up and down above it.In my opinion, I ended up being able to get two good prints from each ink pad before I wanted to swap it out. I was very pleased to end up with my goal of four good prints for both parents and grandparents! Only time will tell how well these hold up, but I do hope it will last a lifetime.

    If you are looking for a mess free way of getting those adorable hand and foot prints these are for you.I don’t have any negatives to say about this product.. the only task you have is getting baby to stay still for couple of seconds! 😆

    These are really great for use with little ones - no mess and usually a good print.It's a bit tricky to keep them still, but this is no worse than any other method.

    A good friend’ dog was ver ill and we wanted a reminder, to keep.These will provide a lasting memory of her paw-prints!A bit finicky, on the first one, but the others worked well.I imagine for a baby’s Hand/foot print they would be excellent.

    I purchased this for my newborn and dog and found it so easy to use! No cleaning involved and got plenty of card and ink presses to have multiple goes. Cheap way of making a keep sake.

    Obsessed with using these with our little lad, having just had a baby it's amazing to see how quick he grows, and these show just that, it keeps him clean and they are so easy to use, the prints look amazing and capture so much detail, if your getting the ink on your hands it's super easy to remove, great value for money and would be much appreciated as a gift for a new Mum

    Good value, and really clear instructions. Need a couple of attempts to get it just right, but that was mostly just because of a wriggley puppy! I'd recommend trying when they're sleepy. Created a lovely momento to keep or gift.
