Wow this has to be the best electric heater I've ever used, you can literally feel the waves of heat hitting you. This is by far the cheapest electric heater I've had too..l Was using a halogen heater before this, and whilst it was good you needed it close to and facing you to feel the benefit. I've used fan heaters too and nothing has come close to this. The biggest bonus as well is it's the cheapest to run by far, I have the 720 watt heater and the living room is quite big and this is more than enough. If like me I went for this size because I wasn't sure whether a lower power one would do the job. This size heats the room faster and the thermostat will cut the power when it hits the desired temperature anyway. Now looking forward to a much cheaper heating bill this new winter quarter.. Do I recommend buying this expensive heater, oh yeah 200% I do, the savings made on my lecy bills will soon recover the the cost of this heater. Plus it looks stylish too, the app was very very easy to set up and with that you don't need to use the remote control. I already had the Tuya app on my phone for my WiFi plug adapters so I was familiar with it, it found the Berg heater immediately, so all that was needed was to put my router password in when it requested it and that was that, done all set up.

The best heater you will buy, the infrared heat is better than any oil radiator. Heats up fast and feels like the sun. Good on power, slim and looks good. Has a free app so you can then it on remotely and set it to turn on at certain times. Can't recommend enough, went for the medium one. Worth every penny.

Ive put this in our conservatory as its always cold this time of year. Noticed on the first morning after running it that there was no condensation in the windows and it had been turned off overnight .in fact i think it as vastly reduced condensation in the windows of the whole house.I can not get the app to work only runs on 2.4GHZ even when i turned the 5GHZ off on my router so it was forced to 2.4GHZ , the app just can not find it.Update it as reduced condensation in my whole house. Haven't had turn our dehumidifier on at all since we had it. The only explanation I have for this as it's sitting in our conservatory and that's the main entrance we use. Don't use our front door, and it must be effecting most of the air entering our house. I've had a constant battle with condensation forming in all the windows this time of year, this heater has solved the problem. I'm really happy 😁

I bought this as I have crappy storage heaters that need replacing. So purchased the 720w in the meantime. I didn't think it would heat my place as much as it has. I have a 2 bedroom apartment, own door,1st floor. The heater has been put in the lounge (12m2). Had it on 24⁰ to heat the place up overnight, with no other storage heaters on apart from vestibule downstairs, I've kept all the internal doors open. Then it's been turned on to stay on 21⁰ (it kicks in to maintain the temperature). Given I have the fridge freezer on & house alarm, it's used 1kwh in 4.5hours. 👏 Using it on 24⁰ overnight, used 1/2 the energy of 1 storage heater & I felt warm everywhere.Great efficiency! I do recommend you ensure your property isn't humid (above 60%), however it will help with your humidity once you have it ≤60% - this has nothing to do with the heater, but you'll get the most out of it.Seriously considering having one in the 2 bedrooms now and using the storage heaters if I really need to.Packaged great, easy to use app, love I can control it away from home & programme it to come on when I need it most. Looks cool & will be mounting it on my wall eventually.

I’m genuinely impressed with this heater; it looks sleek and modern and adds a touch of style to my living room. Setting it up was easy, and the Wi-Fi feature enables me to control it from my phone which is fantastic!What really makes the experience better is their customer service. Anytime I had a question, they were super responsive and helpful. It’s rare to find both a great product and such attentive support these days. Highly recommend this heater - it’s stylish, effective, and backed by a team that truly cares!

Looking for low energy radiator that could leave on overnight to keep conservatory warm. Disappointing heat temperature never above 14c even though set to 25c . Tried in living room where heating was off in daytime, slightly better but after left on 3 hours got to 20c . Perhaps expectation too high for such low energy ! Set up, app and delivery all good.

First one was just a box of broken glass. Replaced quickly. It's ok. Not spectacular. Works ok with Tuya app but Alexa wont discover the device, although it will discover scenes with the device in it.

This radiator is remarkable. When it is heating you feel a very gentle heat coming from it, but it doesn't get hot. The surprising thing is how quickly it brings a room up to temperature. It is very controllable and keeps the room in a range of +- 1 degree C of the setting. Most radiators don't have a genuine thermostat - you just turn it up or down. But this actually controls the temperature, not just the power output. Can also be controlled via an app. I will buy again as my old convection heaters fail.
