Delicious gummies with a wide range of mushroom ingredients. Full disclosure, I hate mushrooms, so I was unable to benefit from the nutrients that they give. I've often read about their benefits, but never been one to like mushrooms or even the premise of eating a fungus.These are brilliant because you get all the benefits in a sweet form that's just like eating a gummy bear. Amazing flavour, they taste delicious, and this way I can get all the benefits without having to eat the mushrooms (at least in any form I can recognise anyway!). Knocked off one star as the price point is quite high, but if you're into this kind of product these are excellent and well worth a try.

There is also a foil seal below the lid.- The label has details and ingredients on it.- Each gummy is teddy shaped and they are mixed berry flavour, they are easy to chew and swallow.- They taste lovely but I am disappointed to see that they are sweetened with glucose syrup rather than just with natural fruit juice. - 60 gummies per bottle and suggested dose for adults is 2 per day. - It says on bottle to consult a physician before taking if under 18, pregnant or with any medical condition!
