    The serum is dispensed from a nozzle with a metal roller-ball attached. The instructions say to press the ball to dispense the product. I initially tried to do this whilst it was on my eye area - big mistake! Much more pressure was needed so I then pressed down with my fingers to dispense some product, then used the roller to massage it into my skin. The roller feels lovely and soothing but stimulating at the same time - remember to gently roll it over the area rather than pressing too much. On subsequent uses, the pressure to dispense the product has reduced (it just needed loosening up I think) so be careful that too much serum doesn't come out as happened to me (when it dripped down my blouse). The serum itself has smoothed, plumped and moisturised my skin, and after a couple of minutes, allowed easy makeup application. I can't comment on the longer term effects. It's a good sized product that feels nice and (at the time of reviewing) is a very reasonable price.

    My dark circles and bags underneath my eyes are awful.I've been using these for a few days now and I've definitely seen an improvement.The skin seems to be slightly tighter and fresher.It's simple to use , the top is a pump and once pushed it releases gel on tongue roller. Then you just apply with the roller.It feels very cold at first but it actually feels quite nice.When you pump the top it does release a bit too much serum but I managed to use the one pump on both eyes.Over all I'm really happy with the effect this has had.

    I love to try new things for my skin under eyes. So this one impressed me in all aspects. Price is quite low. The pack and bottle looks like expensieve brand. Yes its maybe not the main thing, but really so nice to keep on the shelf beautiful bottles😇 Very easy and comfortable to apply this serum. I like applicator in the bottle - it feels cold on the skin and very pleasant. Absorbes good. Not sticky after absorb. Skin looks more hydrated and it reduces puffiness for sure. Recommend it.

    This product comes nicely packaged with full instructions on how to use.The roller ball applicator is easy to use but you have to press down to get the serum out so I prefer to use my clean finger to apply the serum as you get a fair bit in one pump action and it will do both eyes so you don’t need to do it twice which will waste the serum in my opinion.The serum feels nice and goes on well. It is quite effective with a visible improvement visible in just a couple of days, even though they say two weeks for full results.If you can tell the difference in a couople of days I look forward to the tesults of a full course.It is inexpensive and a good product, would recommend.

    I got this for my eyes and it’s so good! The bottle is a great size so you get a good amount of product and feels really expensive as the bottle is good quality. The roller ball is a lovely touch and the serum doesn’t smell or sting. I’ve noticed a big difference in reducing my puffy eyes and dark circles! Would recommended

    The media could not be loaded. This is an eye serum in a roller style bottle. Arrives beautifully packaged in a sealed pretty, shiny purple box. Please keep the box as it has all the information you need. 8 % eye serum in one of the most beautiful elegant bottles I have ever seen among serum bottles. When you're looking at the £12.99 price tag and then this bottle, the quality really does live up to price. They have done really well with the design and marketing of this product. It almost feels a shame to have to throw it out when the serum finishes. I had previously used the 5% and it was very underwhelming so tried the 8% and I can see no difference between the two products other than colour of packaging.The bottle itself has next to no information on the product so please keep hold of the box it comes in. The box has the directions for use on them, seems to have over complicated it but I managed to follow it. Gives a full routine which would probably take 3-5 minutes per each eye to complete. I found a half press was more than enough serum for both eyes.+ Serum dries with a matte finish+ Foundation and makeup was easy to apply on top no issues there.+ A little goes along way with the eye serum+ The metallic head is very cooling even if you didn't put it in the fridge for that 'cool' effect.+ Serum itself is transparent so no colouring.+ Long expiry, 2027- Didn't find any difference in under eye colour or puffiness, bit disappointed as I had high hopes for this product. It was however quite cooling and refreshing but did nothing for the puffiness.- Push down is quite sensitive, it is very easy to push to much out even if being gentle.Overall I was very hyped up about this product, the packaging and design is absolutely stunning however the product itself is a letdown. This does nothing, just like the 5% one. No difference between the two. I don't think I could recommend this.6/10Thank you for reading my review and I hope you have found it helpful.

    Eye serum roller arrived well packed and in perfect condition.This eye serum is fantastic. I really like the roller massage device. It helps to stimulate the blood flow around the eyes. It feels smoothing, cooling and relaxing. The texture of the serum is medium and my skin absorbs fast. The combination of caffeine, retinol, peptides, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide are great to help reducing the dark circles and tired looking.I apply it daily and I will continue to be able achieve better results.

    You need to press down to dispense the gel, and even a gentle press releases more than is ideal a bit messy. But it feels nice being applied with the metal rollerball and the gel sinks in with not stickiness. The packaging is rather fancy looking and stylish.
