These Dylon dark colour capsules are very good. The capsules are stored in a child safe plastic bag (requiring you to pull on these tiny red tabs to open the bag - otherwise it's very difficult, if not impossible, for smaller muscles to open).The coloured capsules look good, but much more importantly, they wash very well. They dissolved completely in my wash, leaving no residue on either the machine or our clothes.As for the "restoration" properties, it's hard to tell, but I did feel that one of my daughter's blue jumpers appeared to look "newer" after only one wash. That may well have been all in my head, but what I do know is that they clean very well, although there isn't much of a scent on the clothing afterwards.One obvious note is that as these are dark colour washing tablets, it does mean I need another washing detergent for lighter colours/whites as I don't feel brave enough to risk the white school shirts with these dark tablets.In conclusion then, it'll be interesting to see over the 10 washes whether there is an even more noticeable colour restoration difference, but in the meantime, I'm pleased with these.

These laundry liquid capsules are from the famous fabric dye company so it makes sense for them to make laundry detergent. Dylon has shortened capsules to caps.Dylon says by using their product after 10x washes, it will transform faded and worn out coloured clothes into looking and feeling like new. As instructed, I put in two caps at the back of my empty 9kg washing before adding my dark clothing.After the washing cycle, the did I notice a fresh fragrance as I opened the door and the colours of my washing looked the same apart from one black jumper. I did think it looked slightly better ie it wasn’t as grey looking as it used to be dark black when new.It costs the same per capsule as other branded laundry detergents but you get the added benefit of the triple renew formula which renews colour, fibre & freshness. Seems like a good deal to me. This means you can keep and wear your clothes longer as the colours wont fade as fast. I will be swapping to Dylon, but I might try and put 1x cap per wash instead of two.

Dylon is a new name brand in the household laundry line which includes that has been introduced into the UK market in 2024 apparently.This particular washing pack of capsules is for dark clothes and the pack includes 40 capsules for you to use one capsule per wash.Each capsule is very convenient having all 3 washing parts in one dissolvable capsule that your can throw into your washing machine and forget.When using these capsules in a colour wash I find them great at removing stains making our washing super clean and smelling great and invigorating the colours present in your clothes and making them feel like new.Overall these capsules from Dylon appear to do a great job at cleaning our laundry and I recommend them.

Always prefer to use tablets, just put one in with your washing as opposed to measuring liquid etc.Washed the same clothes a few times to test it. Might be me, but colours do seem a little brighter, so it does seem to live up to it's claims.And clothes come out clean, with a lovely fresh smell.Handy to use as a Tablet, and reassuring to know it's looking after your coloured clothes.

These will get your laundry clean, there's no doubt about that. Will they refresh your darks? Ehhhh. So far I've seen no changes in my darks laundry loads, but I'm just one wash in, so it's probably too early to tell. If you want to take a punt, at £10 for 40 capsules these aren't that much more costly over standard laundry pods, and they currently offer money back if you're not satisfied. The trick will be not accidentally washing something light with one of these!

I normally use the liqud version of dark laundry detergents and was waiting for this product on last 2-3 years. Capsules that are specifically designed for dark laundry. I guess only Persil doing that but it is hard to find it on Tesco/Sainsbury's etc and being sold for a high price on Bolo. This Dylon is filling the gap witjh high quality capsules. Easily reachable and fairly priced on Bolo. Worked very well in the first wash. Good cleaning, nice scent, no issues with dark colored clothes after washing. I guess I will continue buying and using this in the long term.Note that this is a Vine review for the item sent for free to review. My reviews are not based on the price but just the material, make, general quality and the usefulness of the product. Please do your own research and comparison on the price.
