I love this book!
Sticking to a clean diet? Yeah, that's a challenge for me too! I try my best, but the moment I see some scrumptious cookies, all my low-carb efforts go out the window. When I grabbed this book, I was hoping for some killer low-carb, high-protein meal ideas to help curb those pesky cravings, and wow, it totally delivers! The recipes are not only super simple but also super tasty. I’m loving the breakfasts, meals, and snacks—they're game-changers! Plus, I can't wait to dive into the dessert recipes! With easy ingredients and fun flavors, this book is making my low-carb journey way more manageable. Highly recommend it for anyone in the same boat!
Abundance of recipies
This cookbook probably contains more recipes than you can ever cook, which is good because there is something for every taste. However, you lose track of the abundance of recipes and some dishes are very basic or very similar, so that some could possibly have been omitted in order to achieve a somewhat more compact end product. Instead, it would have been nice to integrate pictures of the individual dishes. On the positive side, there is also background information on how to integrate healthy nutrition into everyday life in the most practical way. Here, the topic of meal prepping is dealt with in particular. I especially like the fact that there is also a chapter with recipes for protein shakes. Due to weight training, protein shakes are my daily companion and it can get boring to drink the same powder with water all the time. I'm looking forward to trying out the recipes for the different shakes and making a little more variety possible.
Perfect for Busy People Who Want results!
I already have another low carb book, but to be honest after get this one i can say i love it. For me it has been a game changer. The recipes are super easy (30 minutes max), and the variety is amazing with more than 170 recipes. My goal is weight loss, but for my point of view it is perfect also for muscles growth or just eating healthy and staying energized. Suggested

Healthy recipes but...
I found this cookbook good with a variety of easy to make recipes, suitable for beginners too, I like salmon recipes, and the only thing that I didn't enjoyed the most is the pork meat recipes.
