    I've tried quite a few echinacea supplements over the years, but these high-strength echinacea tablets are by far the best I've come across!With 3000mg of echinacea per tablet, they pack a powerful punch compared to most other brands, which usually max out around 2000mg. This means I only need to take one tablet a day to get more immune support than with other brands that require multiple doses!What really sets these apart is their size and convenience. I used to take A.Vogel echinacea, which was effective but required up to six tablets a day. These tablets, on the other hand, are much smaller (easily the tiniest echinacea tablets I’ve tried), making them incredibly easy to swallow.If you’re looking for a strong, effective, and hassle-free immune boost, I highly recommend these high-strength echinacea tablets.

    No advice or scientific stuff from me.The packet is suitable quality, has an good amount of info on it. The best part is that it is resealable (that should be a law) so you can use it as a container, It is sturdy enough to be used as that. It was also securely sealed giving me confidence in it.I looked at the company that plus the fact that it is made in the UK make me happy to take them.The tablet is very small, it is not a capsule /lined, it has a minor taste and I was able to swallow it without water. There was no aftertaste.

    You need to take one a day of these small, round Echinacea tablets. Even though they are tablets, which I usually find more difficult to swallow than capsules, they are easy to swallow because they are small.The pack of 90 is going to last for 3 months. It says to take them daily, some echinacea say just when you start to feel a cold coming on, so that may mean that you will be better protected for 3 months. It's certainly long enough to see if they help you to get through the winter a bit easier.They seem tasteless and odourless to me, but I don't have the best sense of smell.
