OK. We are all very deficient in magnesium for a variety of reasons too long to go into here. We need to supplement ... and mean NEED. I wouldn't go a day without taking magnesium. I have long been looking for a supplement that has all 7 forms as we need to take it this way , in all it forms, to be naturally up to where we need to be with it.But the amounts of each one in this formula are huge. I don't believe it . I am trying it and going slow.taking half a tablet a day and so far fine...I would say one a day is enough for most people which makes it fabulous value.It is a really , really interesting product with great potential but I need to understand more about how they are measuring and labeling .This magnesium mix Iooks amazing if a bit mysterious.I will go on with it and I will go on exploring and post more later.

I take magnesium at night, and have done for years - personally I find that I have much better sleeps and less muscle cramps.My nutritionist told me I should look for a minimum of 350mg of elemental mg per serving, and mostly glycinate, which is one of the best bioavailable/absorbed.This one hits my preferences. It’s a mixture of different types but primarily glycinate, ahd has 359mg of elemental magnesium per serving of 2 capsules.The capsules have no smell, taste or aftertaste and are very easy to swallow, and the 120 capsule bottle is a 60 day supply. This makes them very good value in my opinion.So far I’m much the same as I was on my previous ones, so, so far, so good.

I have been taking Magnesium for several weeks now as I feel it is beneficial for me personally. Of course it is up to individuals to do the research and decide if it is right for them.This company is new to me and it is the first time I have seen 6 different types of Magnesium in one capsule. I recognise the types of Magnesium and they all have their merits and so I was happy to try this brand and combination of ingredients.The recommended serving is two medium size capsules daily preferably with a meal. There are 120 capsules in the bottle so around two months supply. There is a long expiry date allowing plenty of time for consumption.

These are for my wife to help her sleep they really do work quite well and give her a full nights sleep, i would recommend them .

There are different types of magnesium and each type can help you in different ways. It would be great if a tiny bit of each type put together meant it would do everything but life does not work that way, too convenient, and there would be no point to selecting the type that is best for you then. Glycinate is best to help you relax and sleep, but a very tiny bit of it mixed with the others is not sufficient. So think on. Otherwise this is a good product insomuch as it is well packaged, clear instructions, fair price.

For two months supply these are a good price especially as they are high strength. They help to relax me especially if taken just before sleeping.They have a good mix of six different magnesium in them which is really beneficial when it comes to helping with muscle pain and sleep. A really good brand and at a reasonable price.

These are quite large capsules but they are easy to swallow with a drink. Dosage is 2 capsules per day so there is 60 days worth for a single person ion this pot.I also like that the container has a child proof lid to help prevent little fingers getting hold of them.
