This is quite a small diary, fyi. It’s very cute though! The key and lock is quite tricky to work with, you have to get the key in there just so. My daughter is happy with it though.

The book itself is adorable. The pages are secure inside the book. What seems to be lacking is the lock itself. It is hard to unlock. The key has to be 100% straight going in, and then you have to wiggle it a bit before it unlocks.
