Thankfully the writing is not mundane and dry inspite of the subject. The formulas are extremely helpful and their explanation is written in lamens terms. Good read for getting the basics and little more.

Great content - super easy to read - really covers the different topics within corporate finance.BUT…..I’m missing 33 pages in the printed version. Missing chapter 18 entirely and most of chapter 19. Of course, Im sure this is no fault of the author.I will definitely look at his other books.

For dummies never disappoints! The author is very knowledgeable and extremely humorous! They really make such an abstract and dry subject enjoyable and practical. I will be reading this book over and over as a large part of my techniques in finance analytics
