These are awesome! The “stickers” are basically just vinyl window clings, but they come in a variety of sizes for small hand and can easily be washed. They also stick to windows, metal and plastic which make fun to take on the road. I do recommend buying an artist portfolio for the pages though. Our book came apart within 24 hours so we just put the stickies in zipper bags and use one page at a time.

I take road trips a lot with my kiddo to visit family. She is a freakin' trooper when it comes to driving, but she does get bored and **never** naps (ugh). Much of the time she will watch movies on the Kindle Fire or play with a few toys, but she also likes to be creative. This Melissa and Doug Reusable Sticker Pad is a staple on our cross-country travels.The pad itself is larger than a standard piece of paper at 14" x 11"--plenty big enough for kids to have some fun. There are also tons of stickers that are appropriate for the five scenes. They give kids plenty of opportunity for creativity whether the kid is the "organizer" who likes things in their place or if they want to be silly and put a train in the water or boat on a train track. All of this encourages children to think.The stickers are just soft plastic that are easy to remove and to place. They have their own pads for safe "storage." We have lost some of the stickers here and there, but I do not think that any of them have lost their adhesive properties in any way. We have had this for nearly two years now, and it is still in good condition in spite of lots of miles (literally). The entire set folds up nicely like a book, and as mentioned the stickers stay on their own sheets rather than having to be kept in a bag or something. It makes it easy to keep up with them. Overall, this is an awesome product, especially for the price (currently under $5). That's not just cheap by Melissa & Doug standards, but it's cheap by toy standards!

Cons:1) if the stickers are left on the scenery image for a long time, they will leave an imprint on the scene (see picture) - so don’t leave the stickers on the scene when you’re done playing with it2) the stickers do not adhere to the backs of the scenery pages. If they did, it would be great to stick the excess stickers on them so you can see what stickers you have available to you to use for that scene as opposed to flipping back and forth between pages of the book.3) the book falls apart - especially as you continue flip between pages to pull off stickers and stick elsewhere.4) it’s hard to use this in the car on road trips (at least for my almost 3yo) because it is so big and you have to flip back and forth between pages. It’s better suited to a plane ride since its about the size of a tray table. That said, its still super bulky and hard to flip between pages. The best setup is on the floor or at a table at your air b&b, hotel, or home.Pros:1) very entertaining for a child who is into vehicles and stickers2) great for fine motor skills3) great in that it can be reused over and over againTips:1) pull off the sticker border so that your child can place the stickers back on the page without having to find the exact spot the sticker originated in2) bring a ziplock baggie to store the stickers in, in case the original sticker sheet falls out of your book.

Ok so yes this is supposed to be for older toddlers since some of the "stickers" are very small. But I added this to my toy rotation for a long international trip when my son was 21 months. I saved this for the plane ride back, and it kept him busy for a solid TWO HOURS. All he did was stack the stickers on top of each other and then unstack them, but who cares? Out of a 9 hour flight he was quiet for a precious 2 hours (and the rest of the flight was horrific). Now that he's over 2, I pulled them back out, and they stick to our fridge and our dishwasher, so huge bonus there! He runs around moving them and shouting ooooo big truck! Ooo big boat! Ooo big car! Etc. They do get dirty after awhile and collect dust and then don't stick as well anymore, but there are SO many of them. This was a very worthwhile purchase. And NONE of them have ripped, unlike real stickers we've tried, that have gotten trashed immediately.

I am an occupational therapist who works with children on improving their fine motor skills. I love Melissa and Doug products because they partner imagination with appropriate motor skills. I purchased this re-usable sticker set to accompany a transportation theme I am working on. My son loved his re-usable stickers, so I knew this would be well-received. The best thing about this toy is the way it can be used over and over. It is also perfect for keeping little ones entertained on car rides or on rainy day. I will continue to incorporate these toys when I work with preschoolers.

Han tardado un poco en llegar pero ha merecido la pena la espera. Efectivamente al no llevar pegamento se pueden reutilizar las veces que se quiera y funcionan sobre cualquier superficie satinada. Vienen muchísimas pegatinas de diversos tamaños pero grandes en general. Un acierto de compra.
