Eva Santaguida was born and raised in Calabria, Italy. She learned how to cook in the best environment possible: a small Italian village where no restaurant survives because everyone’s Nonna is the best chef in town! She and her husband, Harper Alexander, are the creators of the popular Italian cooking YouTube channel, Pasta Grammar, where they share authentic Italian food through a humorous video format. I followed Pasta Grammar for a long time on YouTube. I love watching Harper and Eva. I love this new cookbook. It’s a beautiful book with Authentic Italian recipes. Not Americanized Italian. I’m not putting down down American/Italian recipes, but these recipes are the real deal. The photography is stunning. The stories and explanations are just wonderful. It’s like visiting Italy from the comfort of your home. There are recipes for everyone in it. I highly recommend you add this cookbook to your cookbook collection. It’s so beautiful it could be a coffee table book

We've been watching Pasta Grammar on YouTube since its early days when there were less than a thousand subscribers and have watched it grow - including being part of a Fall PG Tour which was wonderful - and have gotten to know Eva and 'arper very well. This is an excellent reference manual that is a joy to read, and also envision Eva presenting every Sunday. She has a voluminous (almost terrifying in its depth and breadth) of the wide variety of cooking of the many parts of Italy and we were so happy when we found out this cookbook was becoming a reality and immediately preordered it. You will not be disappointed in the quality and care of each recipe which was tested by 'arper so you know it's almost foolproof (yaknow) and is highly recommended for everyone interested in not only foods of Italy but also the accompanying food cultures.

I’m a fan of Eva and Harper and frequently watch them on YouTube. I received the book today and glanced over the contents page by page. I felt that after all the videos there should have been more of those recipes I watched on YouTube could have been shared in this book. It’s well written with very good pictures of the food Eva prepares. Hence why it gets 4 stars from me. I expected more.

What a beautiful cookbook!! I got my little post-it’s ready to put on recipes I wanted to try and gave up because I was putting them on every recipe!! The book is beautifully done. Print size is perfect, pictures are beautiful, paper is nice quality but most importantly, at least to me, all the ingredients are normal things I use all the time or very easy to find. I’m a picky eater so I like to use basic ingredients when I cook. This would make a lovely housewarming gift in a basket with some ingredients. I feel the recipes are ones that would appeal to a majority of people. I have over 100 cookbooks and I feel this one will be one of my favorites and one I will use often. Thank you Eva and Harper!!

I have watched them (Pasta Grammer) on YouTube for years and love their recipies. Now I have some in book form . I highly recommend the book. It's easy to follow and entertaining!
Love this cookbook!
The recipes go into helpful detail, and they are absolutely delicious! I waited a while for this book to come to life after watching Eva and Harper on YouTube for quite some time. It is worth the wait.If you're not quite sure, watch a few video's on their YouTube channel - Pasta Grammar. I'm sure you'll be buying the book once you do!

I was so excited to receive my cookbook from Eva and Harper! Been watching their YouTube channel for years and even met them in Italy! To finally have a truly authentic Italian cookbook is so valuable! Love it and recommend it to everyone!
Nonna approved cookbook
I am a longtime follower of the pasta grammar channel, and was excited to pre-order the cookbook. I have Italian roots on my father’s side from Pesaro. Many of these dishes take me back to my Nonna making meals for us on Sundays. Congratulations on the wonderful book!
Great Italian Family Recipes
I pre-ordered 2 copies of this book in February and was so excited to finally receive them today. The book is beautiful, I cannot wait to get cooking. Eva and Harper did a great job bringing us authentic, traditional Italian recipes.
