i absolutely love this notebook! the design is so cute and its super high quality for the price, its also the perfet size to throw in my bag so i can carry it around with me. the foiling is subtle but super pretty and the lines are light enough that you can easily draw over them if you like to doodle in journals

This is going to sound weird, but I have obsessive compulsive disorder and normal paper gives me the heebie jeebies. It’s like nails on a chalkboard for me, I don’t like touching or writing on it. That said, the pages in this are very smooth and soft, but not to the point of resisting ink or pencil lead.Overall, very good product, I will certainly buy again when I finish this one

I bought this as a gift for my friend and she loved it! The size is smaller than most notebooks and I actually really liked the pocket size.The lines were faint and not very visible and while I know this is a complaint for most people, I liked it. It allowed the writing to stand out but gives you enough of a guideline so you can write nicely and neatly.I would buy again!

I really wanted to love this journal. I purchased one for myself with the intention of buying another one to send to my best friend. We're both journal fanatics. In the end, I didn't buy a second one of these.Don't get me wrong, for the price I am happy with this diary/journal. It was on sale for $4.49 and worth every penny. I like the size, am happy that the lines are not overly outstanding. And the extra embellishments are a wonderful touch. I'm a sucker for a little bling.The only thing that prevents me from giving it a five star rating is that the one that I received is a little drab color wise. I realize that every monitor gives a little different representation of color. I anticipated, based on the photos, that this journal would be soft blue with a blue elastic closure. It is more grayish in color.I'm happy with the quality. Ecstatic with the price. I will probably purchase another one of these in a much brighter pattern/shade for my friend. For me, this was just not as pretty as I'd hoped it would be. There are other items that I own offered by this company that I think are beautiful. This one falls a little flat for me. It is just not as pretty as the photos.

I'm completely impressed with the quality of the cover on this little book--the photos here don't begin to do it justice! The shimmery silver metal embossed accents shine in any light, and the raised design looks and feels like something that cost far more.I admit to having only sought a bit of simple indulgence: I was tired of state-issued little notepads and Post-Its cluttering my desk at work, and just wanted something nicer sitting there waiting for me to jot down phone messages or quick memos. I do most of my work on my computer, so figured I could manage a pretty little journal instead just to feel nicer. So, despite originally thinking others might work better, I grabbed this one because it was less than $5--and I am absolutely amazed with what I got!Simple lined pages inside, but the paper feels fine, and I absolutely cannot wait to take it to work Monday morning and ditch the little scratchpads and Post-Its once and for all! I am thrilled with this purchase.(Note: The *only* thing I could find that was an issue at all was that it comes with a store-type sticker on the back. But that peeled off in a few seconds without leaving any residue, so I can't even call it a complaint.)

I would buy this a million times over. The paper takes pen like a right champ, the cover is aesthetically pleasing, and the quality of the paper is very durable. I would recommend it for self use or for gifting; it is comfortable for carrying around and comes with a little back pocket and a binding strap. Somehow, the journal manages to makes even my messiest of writing look pretty!

These are really pretty & small & meet my needs exactly. My husband's family lost a young man a month ago. They're not even celebrating Christmas bcuz it's too hard. I didn't want to go over the top so I bought a small lovely votive candle holder, a candle and these journals with an ornament with the image of their lost loved one. This was a good solution for a tough situation and I am glad these were available & fast. Btw, these came on time, packed well & looked even prettier than the pictures of them. I bought all three varieties of the same journal. One for the mom & the other 2 for the sisters of their missing loved one. I'm hoping they'll tell the journals what they don't wish to talk about during this difficult time.

Es simplemente maravilloso, los detalles que tiene en plateado en las flores y las mariposas, y que se ven cuando le da la luz, hacen que el cuaderno sea toda una preciosidad. Me gustaría que hubiera uno igual en grande. Si tengo que hacer un regalo especial, no voy a dudar en elegir este cuaderno.

Really happy someone uploaded a pic of their notebook - they were right, the pics for the item are nowhere near as nice as the item actually is. Absolutely gorgeous (as are the bookmarks). I will be buying peter pauper press products for myself, and for gifts.
