This book has a wide variety of puzzles and they are quite challenging. They will keep my 5 and 7 year old grand sons busy for a long time. They are colorful and appealing.

I have put this one up for later, to be used as a gift or to bring out when I have my grandchildren and they don't have anything else they want to do. They love a the Highlights puzzle and hidden pictures books.

This book is thick! I used to love doing the puzzles and challenges in the Highlights magazine I received as a kid, so I was super excited to see this big compilation for my 8 year old. He loves brain challenges, and I was doing my best to keep electronics limited on a 14 hr car ride. He spent a great deal of time playing with this book. Even at home for the Summer, we enjoying doing the pages together. I highly recommend.

Can be used for many levels depending on how much help kids have from adults
My 7 year old and I love this book! He's bilingual, he gets English at home from me, and we live in Denmark where he speaks Danish everywhere else. His English is excellent in spite of it being the less used language for him. Just wanted to mention this so others can compare the level for their own child.We do these activities together. He particularly loves the hidden objects, mazes, etc., but he's also quite good at the crossword puzzles, and such. This book is both fun, and is helping his reading and writing of English along nicely. I highly recommend this if you and your kids enjoy such activities.
