About the Author
Mateo Zielonka, aka The Pasta Man (dubbed so by his Instafans), is chef at 180 The Strand, a collaborative studio and arts space with Soho House. He also heads up The Store X kitchen with his own pasta space. Polish-born, he has worked in London for 6 years including time at Padella and Polpo. He also teaches pasta classes. You can find some of his pasta videos on Food52, The Feedfeed and Designmilk. His previous book The Pasta Man, was an instant bestseller.

The media could not be loaded. Like : easy recipe, creative, inspiration ideas. Tips and tricks in book. I pre-order one and just got it few weeks ago. Cooking is my profession and still i think the pasta book are amazing to play with. Brought it to work and my other 2 chefs order them too. Its not just a recipe/cook pasta book. But it is a book that pasta lover or maker or even eater should have one at home . 😋

This is my first foray into the author’s cookbooks after years of admiring his work over IG. It’s everything I hoped for - really easy to follow pasta techniques with very well laid out photos to help perfect shaping, and enough sauce and dish recipes to keep me busy all summer. All pasta all the time!

The media could not be loaded. Already in love with this book! Have been following Mateo on Instagram for awhile and have made some of his pasta recipes that were posted. The pictures in the book are high quality and show the detailed steps of pasta making. The book is really well laid out and I am excited to make some of the recipes! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

He really knows his stuff and with the inclusion of links to how-to videos, it makes the book that much more useful. Sometimes figuring out how to fold a shape is very hard with photos alone, but every pasta shape includes a video that is really a game changer. Plus the recipes I’ve made so far are delicious!

This is a must have book. We'll made, beautifully laid out, I love it.It would be helpful if the recipes specified the size eggs needed for the recipes. I followed classic pasta recipe to the letter and it was very dry. I then looked at his YouTube for the recipe. First, the youtube recipe is different than the book, second, his youtube dough looked more pliable. than his book recipe.
