Jason Feltman and Craig Pretzinger are pretty much giving away the key to insurance agency success in this short and entertaining read. I found the story of the journey to be as interesting as the "how-to" part of the book.I think one of the biggest surprises is learning about how to staff and market the insurance agency through the use of the telefunnel. The authors teach how they did it and the also share some of the strategies that they tried which failed. As the reader, I came away with a good sense of understanding how to build a personal lines focused agency using mostly paid leads and I will adopt many of the tactics they highlight in this book.
