This is a great series of books that emphasize the importance of standing up for yourself and not letting other people's drama influence your life in a negative way. It also makes saying 'no' easier with this way of thinking instead of feeling guilty when another person is passive aggressively trying out their manipulation skills. I thought they were both an 'easy' read

I've heard several people talk about this book lately. They raved about it. I haven't finished it yet but so far it is spectacularThe book was an eye opener is less than 10 pages. I think it's a lot of things that we keep in back of our mind. It really brings into light how we are sucked into beliefs and theories that don't work & that we haven't recognized in ourselves.To me it really hit home. Highly recommend 5*****
