My great dane takes these twice a day with her meal. She approves. I can definitely see improvement in her mobility. I'd buy them again. Nature bounty is a brand as well. You will find them at Walmart. Not something that no one has heard of before where you are questioning how good the stuff is.But dude if you are buying for YOU to take I'd check out Life Extension. They are real high quality for vitamins and only a little more cost. There is studies to back it up too.These are great for my dog though. They work.
