The WMF Profi Plus Garlic Press is designed to crush garlic cloves with ease by forcing then through a grid of small holes, a convenient alternative to mincing garlic with a knife. With one simple function, the garlic press opens and closes easily. Not only a cleaner way but also tastier as the pressed garlic produces a different flavor to minced garlic with a knife. When pressed, more cell walls are broken releasing a stronger more delicate flavor.
Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel the Profi Plus garlic press fits perfectly into the hand. Ottimi materiali, ottima maneggevolezza, si pulisce facilmente, perché si smonta con facilità in due pezzi. Evita il contatto delle mani con l'aglio, la parte di pellicola che resta all'interno si rimuove facilmente con un coltello o un qualsiasi oggetto a punta
Une qualité à la hauteur du prix.
C’est la première fois que j’achète ce genre d’ustensile afin de m’aider dans mes préparations culinaires, et en effet le presse Ail, c’est la vie ! Je ne peux pas comparer avec d’autres, mais celui-là a une matière lisse et douce pour une bonne prise en main, il n’est ni trop léger ni trop lourd. Un détail qui pourrait être du gadget mais que je trouve très pratique est que la partie centrale s’enlève pour bien le nettoyer, même s’il passe au lave vaisselle. On n’a pas besoin de faire trop d’efforts pour bien presser notre ail, rapide et efficace. Je l’utilise presque tous les jours et il n’a pas bougé ( ni en couleur, ni au mécanisme) , à voir dans le temps. Seul bemol, le prix par rapport à d’autres mais en vaut laPeine. Je recommande++

Tengo mas utensilios de esa marca y como siempre buena calidad. Que sea desmontable facilita la limpieza. He tenido otro sin marca que se limpiaba fatal y se estropeó en el lavavajillas. Al final lo barato sale caro.
