For the first time ever, the Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat video game will allow gamers to step into the role of the mischievous Cat and interact with characters from the film like Thing 1, Thing 2 and the Fish, as well as encounter opponents created specifically for the game. Unique gameplay abilities, including the Umbrella Glide, the Hat-Shield Bounce and the Bubble Goo Gadget, help players to navigate through thirteen wild levels in a wacky Seussian world.
Inspired by the film, the video game tells the story of Conrad, a young boy tricked by his neighbor, Mr. Quinn, into opening the Cat's big red box of Seussian magic, allowing it to escape into the real world. The Cat must help Conrad and his sister, Sally, return the Seussian magic to the box and retrieve all three pieces of the "Crab Lock" in order to lock the box for good. Players will also get the unique chance to explore a world beyond the film, as they navigate through rooms of the house that are not seen in the movie.

The order came in time and was in perfect condition, it wasn't compatible with Xbox 360 but I purchased an original Xbox locally and the game worked fine.... My brother was so happy to finally play his Christmas present and bring back childhood memories :)

I bought this game for my 6 year old daughter and we all enjoy playing it. There are some portions of the game that are too difficult for her, but otherwise it's a fantastic kid's game!

I ordered several new games for my 7 and 2 year old. When receiving this product I opened it to find that it was a Crash game instead of the Dr. Suess game that I initially ordered. My 7 year old enjoyed the Crash game but it would have been nice if I had received the Dr. Suess game instead.

This was one of the first games that I got for X Box. I was very impressed. I love everything about it, but it gets really hard at times! I highy recommend it. Mine came with a free ticket to see the movie, but it expires January 31st, I think. I went and saw the movie today! It was funny, anyway... I think that you should buy it!
