I’ve bought several of the Outward Hound Hedgehogz plush toys in different sizes, but this was my first time ordering the XL and my dog absolutely loves it! There’s something about this toy that makes it her favorite; she runs around the house with it all the time. We’ve been fans of the brand for a while, and this toy didn’t disappoint. It’s not ideal for tough chewers because of the stuffing, but it’s perfect for dogs that just love carrying around and playing with plush toys. Highly recommend for light chewers

I have a large German Shepherd who can be quite rough with toys, but this plush hedgehog has held up surprisingly well.The toy is a great size for big dogs, and my dog loves carrying it around everywhere. My Sheltie absolutely loves this toy. It oinks and squeaks. It is very well built. He chews on it, throws it up in the air, plays tugs with it and not one stick is broken. We did cut the tag off of it to prevent him ripping it off and eating it. It is his buddy. A++++

This is very popular in our house, but I can't give it 5 stars because the durability is so poor. My dog absolutely loves this hedgehog, its her favorite toy. The piggy grunt noise in its belly is hilarious to me, and seems to be deeply satisfying to her. She loves to run around with it in her mouth, and finds it soothing to make it "grunt" when she is over-excited and needs to calm herself. Sadly, the exterior is not durable enough to last more than a few weeks. She doesn't generally destroy toys, she just likes to chomp on this to make it grunt, but a hole wears in the exterior and all the stuffing begins to spill out, and I have to take it away. I have bought 3 of these for her in the space of 3 months, and I am not sure its worth it. I am building up a stash of discarded hedgehogz, which looks perfectly good until you notice the hole in the side. I wish they would manufacture these with a more robust fabric. I'm tempted to try repairing, but I think its just too weak overall.

This is an adorable toy that makes piggy honk sounds as well as having a squeaker. My 8lb pup loved it a bit to much and this guy had fur flying everywhere in the first few minutes. Just be aware that the fur is easily pulled out of this toy. Definitely cute but not indestructible.

Sweet puppy toy
The puppy I bought this toy loved it too much. He immediately had torn off a foot and proceeded to pull out the stuffing. Ptoably not a good toy for a puppy.

Can't fault it
A beautiful dog toy, does everything it say!! Love the grunting noise. But my dog doesn't play much with toys (not the company's fault) so i can't judge on that, thought i might have tempted him!! But no. A very good well made toy, for dogs that love toys. The price is excellent for such a well made toy.
