I can't praise Quercetin Complex enough!!! My allergies were so bad (allergic to everything except dogs and cockroaches - really). I was on weekly shots (for years), citrizine in the morning, fexofenadine at lunch (loratadine had no effect), 3-4 times the normal dose of budesonide nasal, azelastine as needed, as well as daily guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine, plus Budesonide/formoterol inhaler for the chronic cough, and albuterol in a nebulizer. I was still miserable. Post nasal drip, constant throat clearing, sinus headaches & migraines, chronic rhinitis and frequent bronchitis. Then, the doc said I had GERD. I started reading about side effects and guess what? The OTC antihistamines CAUSE chronic cough and GERD. The omeprazole the doc wanted to put me on also has side effects - all the acid-reducing meds do. They block protein absorption which seriously limits your body's ability to heal. To top it all off, the main symptom of GERD is too LITTLE stomach acid - not too much. Adding 2 Tbsp of organic, non-GMO apple cider vinegar to my tea has helped immensely. Most docs just treat symptoms, none try to find the cause. The cause was all the pharmaceuticals they kept putting me on. Each one to treat the side effect of the last. ENOUGH!I found Quercetin when the doc put me on omeprazole. It made me sick, so I started researching. It took a few weeks for Quercetin to kick in fully, but now, I'm off all the OTC antihistamines, only use budesonide nasal occasionally, haven't touched azelastine, only use Budesonide/formoterol inhaler twice a day instead of 4x, only need the nebulizer if I get sick, and am looking for natural alternatives to the guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine. It also helps to add Similisan nasal allergy relief spray and Similisan allergy eye drops. Both are natural and don't have side effects. Now, my headaches are better, fewer migraines, less post nasal drip, less coughing, less allergies. I feel so much better! The docs and the pharmaceuticals were only making me worse. I live in Florida and I would have migraines at least a week before through a week after every hurricane that came within a few hundred miles of here because of all the pressure changes. My head is a human barometer. Every change triggers a headache and I have to hold my nose and blow like on an airplane whenever the pressure changes. When hurricane Irma came through, I had a migraine for 4 weeks!!!! This year (w/ Quercetin) we had one come close and I just had to clear my ears a few times - no hurricane migraine for the first time since we moved down here (15 yrs)!!! I can't believe the difference!!! Thank you Solgar for making this amazing product!

IT'S HARD TO KNOW IF THIS PRODUCT IS WORKING OTHER THEN TO SAY, I AM IN MY 60S AND DO NOT GET SICK VERY OFTEN, AND EVEN IN LAST 4 YEARS MY RECOVERY WAS VERY FAST, I WAS BACK IN ACTION IN NO TIME. SO I GONNA SAY I AM SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS OF USING THIS PRODUCT AND I WILL CONTINUE USING IT. I TAKE IT WITH SOLGAR ZINC THEY WORK WELL TOGETHER.

I have purchased like 25 bottles over 5 years, I don't have any issues with bleeding like that one reviewer. I was having huge seasonal allergies and dust and food allergy -this has zero side effects, no drowsiness, and honestly after a few years of taking either 2-4 a day in the summer and spring or 2 a day in the fall (helps a lot with stuffy indoor dusty areas), I honestly don't even have allergies anymore. I probably acclimated, but my dad who has lived here for 25 years still has allergies and he pumps his head full of Flonase and whatnot.I love solgar and am thankful for this. I get one cold every 18 months or so, big improvement from before where I was getting sick every couple months, but it should be noted I also transitioned to a fully Autoimmune Paleo diet (it matched my food allergies and the nurse recommended) and Took Bluebonnet chelated Multimineral to help reverse years of malnutrition and celiac. Check with your doctor but these things combined were powerful and my white blood cells are in the healthy range again (including neutrophils). Another thing is that I would take these with solgar iron biglyscinate (very dangerous unless you've gotten your levels tested and proven to be low, but many women have menses and low iron intake so it made sense I was almost anemic). It really activates it with the vitamin c.Thank God for solgar basically healing my body along with my change in diet

It seemed to work well. Immediate relief of stomach discomfort. However, the pill is large and felt lodged in my throat. I could still breath. Tried everything to get it un-lodged. Finally got it un-lodged. Got a pill cutter. Even in small pieces a little at a time it feels stuck in my throat.I have never had this happen with a pill before. So I am looking for a different brand.

In the last few years I started having horrible allergies;pollen, grass, dust, you name it... I have always had a post nasal drip problem but it got really bad, where for the first half of the day all I did was clearing my throat until I couldn't talk anymore. Very irritating. I also had mild headaches, from sinus issues. All in all, I knew I needed to do something. I prefer natural ways over drugs to help my body so after some research I stumbled upon Quercetin . I knew you find it in red wine and other items, but even thought I eat pretty healthy I would never get the amount needed for a great boost.I used Solgar for other supplements ( Vit B12 and Iron) so I liked the brand. It is gluten free, kosher, wheat free , purely goodness.I started taking the pills as soon as I got them. I was really excited , especially that it is such a great combination ( Quercetin, Bromelain and vit C... ) who can beat that.After taking 2 a day, for less then a week, I saw great improvements. Way less phlegm, lots of energy and great sleep.There are lots of other benefits from taking this pill. Balancing hormones , anti-inflammation, powerful anti-oxidants and so many more. I even made my husband take it as it has good benefits for prostate.All in all, I am very pleased with it and will continue to take it everyday.
Goes great with zinc
I’ve been using Quercetin on and off for years and this is the only brand I’ve purchased from before. Product seems to work well and has always got me over bouts of illness quickly when combined with zinc. Pills are larger than average but still easy to swallow

Ich hatte nach einem hochdosierten Quercetin-Komplex gesucht und mit diesem Produkt das Richtige gefunden. Auf den wichtigen sekundären Pflanzenstoff bin ich durch Robert Franz aufmerksam geworden. Im Rahmen einer Erkrankung habe ich das Produkt genommen und es hat geholfen ( geheilt ). Dies ist bereits meine zweite Bestellung,obwohl nicht preiswert. Qualität kostet eben etwas.

Try this for asthma, sinus or allergy issues
Suffered from asthma, sinus and allergies lifelong and I do work with dogs daily for the past 13 years (sometimes I wonder why but love these furry friends too much) and the shedding and fur triggers my allergies and asthma. It became worse after I hit my 50s and I was hospitalised and treated with nebuliser. Ventolin, steroids and Zyrtec were prescribed but came with side effects plus the dosage kept increasing. Tried TCM which worked but was super expensive as nearly $750 a month was not sustainable in the long run.Book: I was praying and the Lord led me to a book by Raymond Francis which mentioned Quercetin for allergies/asthma/sinus. I had nothing to lose so I ordered it on Bolo.Quercetin: Started taking it like 3 times a day along with Vitamin C but there were no visible results at the start. I still had to use my inhaler and woke up several times a night wheezing and unable to breathe as asthma attacks continued. Around week 4, things started to look better as there was a noticeable improvement and for the first time in many many months I could sleep through the night. Now I hardly have to use my ventolin inhaler and my asthma/allergies are under control though my right nose is still partially blocked which I know by God's grace will be healed soon.So if you suffer from asthma, sinus or allergies give this a try but don't expect instantaneous results. I pray for healing of sinus, asthma and allergy issues for everyone reading this review who is going through this ordeal. I know how difficult it is... Amen!
