I had just about tried everything for my leg cramps before I found this product. They were so bad they would keep me up all night. I’m on my feet all day for work and have a crooked walk that doctors can’t correct. I had my potassium numbers and magnesium numbers ran and both were normal. I also drink about 2 gallons of water a day and that’s no exaggeration, I love water. I had no where else to turn but these little miracles work within seconds! The only reason for the 4 starts is that they give me some crazy dreams. I also tried the PM version of this product and it does the exact same thing.

Took two pills are the start of getting leg cramps while in bed. Cramps subsided, went back to bed fell asleep. Got leg cramps again, subsided, slept and more leg cramps. Obviously pills did not work at least for me. Would have been better off taking Advil or Alleve.
Leg cramps do not lead to healthy sleep
I have not used these tablets yet as I also brought another product in town while waiting for this to arrive. I have used Hyland's Leg Cramps Remedy in the past. The packaging was different so I am not certain that the product is the same. Our Health Food Stores no longer sell them, so I have been buying another product from them and I want to use them up before using these. I do have hopes of extreme satisfaction. My order did arrive as promised, 1 day earlier than promised actually. So if they work as well as I hope I will be ordering again.
