I have tried other brands and different strengths, even a couple claiming to be stronger. However, this is the only brand that actually makes me feel less stressed, which puts me in a way better mood all day long.

So, after reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. I know it is said to take a week or so to kick in but for me it was 2 days.My ant-depressants were not working so well anymore and I really didn’t want to increase them. About 30 minutes after I take it I can feel it kick in. It’s like a rush of serotonin comes on board and suddenly I’m happy, calm, focused, very productive and I have energy to go thru my entire day getting things done and then some. And it’s only been a week!I started w one at night. The next day took it in the morning. Then afternoon. Now I’m taking two in the morning and one in the afternoon.Yesterday I worked all day, did hot yoga then came home and cleaned the bathroom, and burned 800 calories according to my watch.I’m glad I bought it from Oregon’s Wild Harvest as well since I know it’s a product I can trust. If you’re sitting on the fence about this; I highly recommend you just give it a try. It’s a magic herb to me!

My medical doctor (M.D.) who has 20-some years of integrative medicine practice recommended I take this for my adrenal "fatigue" and hypothyroidism (both conditions have to be treated at the same time).I am glad I gave this a try! My husband was the first to notice a difference after I started taking this (2 capsules daily), about 3 weeks into taking it. He commented on how I seemed to have more "energy," and seemed more lively. It took me a bit of figuring out what I had changed that would bring about such change (I spent 3 months dying in 2015 due to inflammation of my airways that were not responding to nebulizer treatment). I was surprised to make the connection, because I wasn't expecting there to be much of a difference.For me, this supplement has made such a huge difference that I am able to start tapering off the steroid (hydrocortisone) that has kept me alive for about 2 years straight! I have been SEVERELY ill for two years, because of the thyroid & adrenal issues, and finally I can see a "light at the end" as I am on the road to actual "recovery."I love this brand, too. It's my first experience with this brand, and I will be sticking with it because--for me-- IT WORKS!When it comes to supplements, I strongly encourage people to seek PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL assistance. Some herbs and supplements can be dangerous and cause serious problems. This review is _only_ how this herb--recommended by MY doctor-- helped me go from incapacitation to recovering (along with other recommended supplements).If your medical professional recommends taking Ashwagandha, I do highly recommend this brand to try. I will continue using it until I am completely recovered.

I have been using ashwagandha off and on for years, it's a great herb with ginseng-like qualities, energizing, sexy, in a cool mellow mode. I've used several extracts, herb and the combination of both in the same product. If you are strictly interested in the adrenergic, mood elevating serotonin enhancing properties of the herb I recommend a product with Sensoril, it's the Best. Most capsules contain additives I prefer to avoid, if you're a purist like me I'd suggest getting unadulterated Sensoril powder, Nootropics Depot I one source, I was able to find it here on Bolo, it's generally cheaper and free of stearates and other agents added that you may not want to ingest regularly, and if you take more than one supplement consider the additive effect.Back to Oregon Wild Harvest - the biggest negative about ashwagandha generally is its sourcing and concerns about heavy metal toxicity and other contaminants. I like that these are grown and processed in the U,S., I've tried them and they are good quality, definitely milder than Sensoril but the concentrated extracts are actually too much for some. More importantly, in my experience products that contain the whole herb are more effective as sexual stimulants. I like this with damiana, great combination if you can find it, Bolo no longer carries it. I believe it's illogically illegal in some states, in any case it's a benign herb that synergizes well with ashwagandha and/or red ginseng.I take Sensoril in the morning and the Oregon capsules in the evening, I will,order more of this.

I am taking this product and like it's grown in the US. I took one tablet daily and felt much more laid back. The instructions said to take 3 times per day so I think you will have to find out what works best for you and your body. Ended up taking 1 pill every other day and that's where I feel my best. Good Purchase.

After extensive research, this product appeared to be the cleanest Ashwaganda I could find online. The capsules are small and easy to swallow (for those who struggle with taking large pills). There is no aftertaste or side affects that I experienced. It helps me relax at night and stop my brain from ruminating. I also take magnesium supplement before going to sleep which has proven to be a perfect combo for my body and especially GI health.
