It makes a difference if the manufacturers have the right amounts of each of the B complexvitamins as the body only can use them as a group, and if you have a high amountof one, and a way low amount of another ....it doesnt help... as the body needs themin the correct grouping to be utilized as a whole and the low one shorts them all out.There is a super excellent book byAdelle Davis -one of the first nutritionists that understood the B vitamin correct mixturecalled Lets Eat Right to Keep Fit. If you are interested in your health it is very worthwhilereading! This particular B Vitamin mix is the only one Ive seen so far from this company that hasit very close to right. Some of the othrs dont.

As long as it does what's expected
Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price.I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉
