It’s a tiny little jar of the stuff but you really don’t need much of it to have a big effect. I’ve been applying it to hopefully help with some tendonitis. It does not smell as bad as everyone on here says it does. It really just smells like eucalyptus or something and it’s honestly kind of soothing.

I've been dealing with neck and shoulder muscle tension for many months and it has recently gotten worse from grieving the passing of my mother. This product can last up to three hours depending on how well you massage it in and the amount used. I prefer the red because it helps calm the muscles using their oils and cinnamon base. Just be careful that you don't stain your clothes, usually from leaving excess amounts.
