I've taken Magnesium on and off for years and I am so happy with these! Other magnesium pills I've tried have been too big and/or have a chalky texture that makes them difficult to swallow. These however are in a gel pill form and aren't too big, so they are super easy to swallow, which I really appreciate!

Magnesium is the one vitamin I will take consistently everyday. I instantly feel the impacts, and taking 1 or 2 at bed makes me sleep so much better. These are great, I have purchased a few times now. They are a great product and price.

I would be half awake the whole night! It was dreadful. So I looked into ways to help with sleep while pregnant. No a pregnancy pillow doesn’t help. One of these pillow right before I go to bed helps me sleep all through the night. I only seem to wake up when I have to pee. I plan on taking these when I’m not pregnant. I have been very happy not having to toss and turn a lot. I highly recommend.

I'm a Vegetarian for 52 years and 77 years old. I'm in excellent health, get a physical exam every year at the VA, and the Dr can't find anything in my blood makeup which isn't within the tolerances. So, I must be doing something correct. This Magnesium supplement might have something to do with it , as I have been taking one 250mg every day for years, just as a backup incase I don't get enough from my normal diet. I'm involved in doing very strenuous physical work in my garden and also doing cement construction.

un nutriólogo me recomendó estas pastillas para poder dormir bien ojo no lograr el sueño, si no descansa miestras duermes y la verdad es que si tenia días que dormía mucho y me levantaba super mal, después de tomarlas en el primer dia note la diferencia, (puede que sea un efecto placebo por la ganas que tenia de descanzar) pero como quiera me funcionaron las combino con un multivitamínico de nutrex.

Luego de investigar más a fondo, supe que es la variable con menor absorción del magnesio, por lo que si deseas utilizar magnesio, deberías investigar cuál se ajusta más a tus necesidades, ya que varils tipos los que están en el mercado.

As an old timer, I have a hard time sleeping. Melatonin weirds me out but this seems to work fine. I average about 5-6 hours of sleep a night. If I do not take it, I'm awake by 1:30AM tossing and turning.
