This is the second time I have ordered this product, and I love including it in my supplement routine. I can tell when taking it that I have a calmness about myself; I can take a deep breath. Everyone is different, but I have no weird effects, and I recommend that anyone at least try it.

I purchased these Ashwagandha pills after doing some research and finding out they are among the best available. I prefer to take them at night, and I've noticed a positive change in my mood throughout the day. The day after taking them, I feel much more relaxed and calm, and I also sleep more deeply, which is a great benefit. However, I don't take them every day because, if I do, they make me feel sleepy and tired. Instead, I take them every other day and take a break after two weeks before starting again if needed. Overall, they work very well. They help me feel calmer, more relaxed, and less stressed

Four stars because it will help with sleep. However, my waking up got worse with clear indications that the mild sleep apnea I had, ashwagandha made it worse. I googled and googled and the truth is that ashwagandha's impact on Gaba, causes more relaxation of the throat and tongue muscles and will make your sleep apnea worse. Just like any other sedative. I cut the 600mg caplets in half, hoping a half dose would work but same result, worsened sleep apnea. It was worth a try but I have to give it a pass.(Also, it is better to take in lower dosage of 300mg as per most of the studies I researched.)

5.0 out of 5 stars It's been 6 weeks and I feel more relaxed and ready for the day.
I take it at night around 7pm to get me good and relaxed for bed. It has a good earthly smell that seems familiar and I enjoy the taste before swallowing. The dreams I have on this are amazing and sometimes weird, definitely different before starting the supplement. I have more testosterone and energy when I wake up and 2 cups of coffee in the AM puts me on top of the world. I'm 38 years young and started to notice a decline in testosterone a few years ago and this does the trick in a natural way.

I have been using this product for a very long time. Somedays when things are a little overwhelminv I take 2 of these pills and it usually does the trick to help calm me down. I do reccomend this product to anyone who may need something to help calm those nerves in a hurry.

The old ashwagandha that I was taking was discontinued and I was sad about it. I went on a search for a new supplement.I liked that this ashwagandha was organic, non-GMO, and vegan. Also, the concentration advertised is potent, so I thought this would be great for sure.I have officially been taking this for one month and these are my thoughts:- The pills are small and are fairly easy to swallow. They do not come in a capsule, so the pill feels dry in your mouth and it does not taste great either.- With my old ashwagandha, I would feel a definite sense of calm and relaxation wash over me. I would have laser focus. I'd take it before the gym and I would have tunnel-vision because I was so focused on my workouts. It didn't matter if the gym was packed (which is usually annoying) because I was only paying attention to myself and what I had to do. I was chasing this feeling again, but these ashwagandha pills do not have the same effect for me.I have noticed that I do feel pretty calm in terms of every day mood, but I'm still able to get easily irritable, specially at the gym.-In terms of sleep, I have been falling asleep quicker that usual, but I am also taking a magnesium supplement at night, which is also supposed to help with sleep. So this combinations appears to be working just fine and helps me fall asleep faster than ever before.-I like that the bottle comes with 60 servings at a fair price. I hate swallowing pills, so I appreciate that one pill = one serving.I'll continue to take this until the bottle is done, but I'm not too sure if I'll be repurchasing - I'll decide once I continue to take this for another month.So far, I'm noticing I feel pretty calm, but my irritability is still present (which is the main reason I started taking ashwagandha, so if it's not working in this department, then is it really worth it for me to continue taking it?). I'm conflicted about this product but will continue to track how I feel for the next month.

Ottimo prodotto a un prezzo concorrenziale. L'ho preso (e continuo a prenderlo) e trovo giovamento, soprattutto mi da più energia e mi fa sentire meno stanca e mi sento più calma e concentrata. E' in tavolette di dimensioni ridotte che si inghiottono facilmente.

Buen suplemento de Ashwagandha
Pienso que la Ashwagandha es un suplemento esencial para los hombres. Yo lo tomo en épocas con mucho desgaste físico y/o mental y me va de maravilla. Es un adaptógeno, ayuda a reducir el estrés, la ansiedad y la fatiga y a descansar mejor. Tiene también otros efectos beneficiosos documentados (ayuda a controlar la glucemia, aumenta la producción de testosterona, es neuroprotector, etc). No parece tener efectos secundarios importantes si se toma en dosis normales y durante una temporada, únicamente molestias gastrointestinales en personas sensibles. Si tomamos alguna medicación también tenemos que tener en cuenta posibles interacciones. El Ashwagandha puede bajar la glucemia, si tenemos diabetes y estamos tomando medicación para ello tendríamos que tenerlo en cuenta.Esta marca no es barata, pero está muy reconocida. Está fabricado en la India bajo unos altos estándares de calidad. No son cápsulas, son tabletas pequeñitas (ver foto) que se tragan con facilidad y solo hay que tomar una porque incluyen tanto la raíz en polvo, como su extracto, por lo que son más potentes que los suplementos que solo llevan raíz en polvo.Después de dos semanas tomándolo he notado mejora en el sueño y menos ansiedad.Estoy contento con la compra.
A great multi purpose remedy to many illnesses....
I have been using this product for many years, specifically to help with sleep and long term serious illness. Amongst other Ayurvedic products it has given me more equilibrium to my life and helped to move me from being bed bound to some degree of functionality. This company offered excellent service and great communication so would use again.
