This flavour is my favourite and it has 40mg of caffeine for later in 3-5 hour rides so it hits both my late ride taste needs and caffeine needs and energy needs.

I've never used a gel during a run before but as I've been running more than 5 miles regularly, using these have helped. It is an easy container to carry in a runners sac or in a pocket. It is a little weird chewing on a thick gel while running so have some water handy otherwise it'll suck for you. This is also suitable for long intercourse sessions to get another boost. I wouldn't think twice about buying this. If you run long distances you should really use these.

These gel packs taste GREAT! I was using the Powerbar tangerine gel packs but hated the aftertaste they left in my mouth. These leave no such aftertaste and still have the 40 mg of caffeine that I'm looking for. Highly recommend them.

This stuff takes some getting used to, as the consistency is different than most foods. It works well and fast and is light enough to carry in your hands when running! This flavor is very delicious.

I run in 6 mile obstacle courses like bonefrog,savage run, barbarian challenge and I tried these while I was training and they seemed to work for extra energy and also in my races. I thought it might just be a mind thing but after trying them out over time I believe they work. I’m satisfied!!!P.s. They tast terrible?!?!
