This Pasta is fun! You barely have to chew it. You cook it just like any other size or shape pasta. A fork is optional. A spoon works fine with it.

This is genuinely a fantastic product. High quality noodles at a fair price point. This has become a staple in my pantry and I will certainly be buying it for years to come. Bolo has it priced slightly lower than my closest grocery store.

I tried finding orrechiette locally and didn't have much luck. It's one of my favorite pastas to pair with silky squash based sauces in the fall. I find it has that sort of comfort for quality kids look for in mac n cheese but for a grown up pallete.The packages don't hold up super well in shipping if you order with other items that might be heavy. I subscribe and save and mine were smashed pretty bad but fortunately didn't spill out the pasta. The actual product itself is high quality stuff and so delicious, I could eat it daily.

While I do like to get imported orecchiette Pasta but as it has gotten so expensive I got this more commercial brand. I have no complaints! It cooks up beautifully! I'll be buying this from now on!

For some reason, it is getting harder to find ancini pasta. Took a chance and searched for it on Bolo and found it! Now I can make my favorite fruit salad. It is sooooo good.

I use the acini de Pepe in dessert called frog eye salad. I would always pick this up in my local grocery store and it’s been discontinued there for quite some time. (Maybe a couple years) so I started looking for it online and would see ridiculous prices of $20 a box so I haven’t made this in a while because I’m not paying that. Finally saw it on Bolo for $2 a box so snag 4 this will give me 8 batches. Again I use it in a dessert it’s the right texture the right taste. Small enough and just perfect for what I use it for.

I wanted to try a different brand, and this was cheaper! I was tired of flavor disappearing into the pasta! Every time I make Mac n cheese, the macaroni kept sucking up all the cheese. In a way that I had very slightly creamy yellow pasta, not how you want Mac n cheese. This one held up better. Still soaked up sauce, but at least not a waste of my efforts! Made macaroni salad and it held up. Still did soak up sauce but not as bad. The other brand erased the flavor:( This one is much better!!!
