Forget all the sexy packaged shampoos with the clever names out there, this stuff worksI've been dealing with an itchy scalp for quite some time, and after trying countless shampoos, I finally found a solution with this Vanicream shampoo. From the first wash, I noticed a significant difference in how my scalp felt. I have both the Vanicream bottles and the Free & Clear bottles of the shampoo. I've noticed no difference between the two.I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin, as well as chronic eczema for over 20 years. I have to be very careful of the products I use. Including soap. I can't use most soaps. And nothing with fragrance.I also have chronic migraines, and fragrance is a huge migraine trigger for me. So fragrance is a big issue for me.Fragrance Free and Unscented do not mean the same thing. Fragrance free does not mean zero odor. It means they add no "fragrance." And it means they add no "masking agents" which are chemicals used to get rid of an odor. Unscented means they do not add fragrance but they may add masking agents.This shampoo is fragrance free and thus has no fragrance and no masking agents. It has a slight odor to it while using but it's very mild, and it does not cling to the hair after hair is dry. If I had to compare the odor to something I'd say it's just a clean unscented soap kind of smell.Like others have mentioned, I have to use more product. I have to use about one-half to twice as much as I used with normal shampoos. But that's totally acceptable for me.This shampoo does not aggravate my eczema. And it does not trigger migraines.It is a big more drying on my hair strands than I would like, but using the conditioner helps. But perhaps what I should be saying is that this shampoo isn't as moisturizing as traditional shampoos. My hair is not dried by this shampoo, it just is not moisturized. My hair still feels soft to the touch.My hair is not dyed, bleached, or chemically altered. Back when I used to dye or bleach my hair I needed extra moisture and this shampoo may not have worked for me.

Great product
I tried Vanicream shampoo a month ago after trying different products I am finally happy to have found a one which is suitable for my scalp. I purchased it again, this time I am trying the conditioner for softener and the hair gel for stylish. It's really good if you have also a sensitive scalp and eczema. Really recommend!
It works!
I have very dry skin which, ironically, leads to oily roots and very dry tips, as most shampoos strip my scalp of the very little hydration already there. I tried a number of shampoos that promise not to strip natural oils, without making you look like a homeless bum, and ... neither worked. Enter Vanicream! It actually works! If you use a little bit it will remove excess oils without drying your hair or scalp, but your hair looks presentable (shiny but not oily). If you use a little more, it works like a clarifying shampoo, in the sense that your hair comes out super clean and fluffy (but if you don't protect your tips with some oil before hand they may dry out a bit). My formula is: wash every other day with a dime size amount applied to roots only, rinse, use mild conditioner on tips; once a week: coat tips with something like Morrocan oil or Castor oil prior to wash, use dime size amount on roots only, rinse, repeat dime size amount all over hair, rinse, use mild conditioner on tips.
Excellent Product!
I’ve been looking for Free and Clear for ages and trying to get it from abroad so grabbed it when it became available on Bolo India. If you have allergies or sensitivities - this is the best shampoo you can buy for yourself. Even if you don’t, it’s an excellent product minus the harsh additives. Leaves my hair feeling lush! Would highly recommend it.
Best Shampoo so far
I have oily scalp and thin dyed hair. It suits me very well. I also get dandruff very easily with harsh cleansers in shampoo. But this shampoo is so light and forgiving on skin, i am dandruff free now. I already ordered another bottle.

He empezado a utilizar este producto al mismo tiempo que otro champú de biotina para cuero cabelludo sensible comprado en Bolo.com. Para mí éste no es el champú, siento que el pelo me dura poco limpio, aunque la verdad es que es muy suave. Sin embargo a mi marido que también tiene problemas de cuero cabelludo le ha encantado. Tengo previsto comprar más productos de esta línea y darles una oportunidad porque me gustan mucho los ingredientes. Así que se lleva cinco estrellas aunque no sea para mí
