As a licensed cosmetologist who also waxs in my salon I personally love this brand so much more than satin. In my experience, they both are stringy but the Gigi brand is not nearly as bad. When using the satin I have so many clients who leave that have strings on their clothes and in their hair that’s super sticky. It’s really frustrating because I sort of feel like it’s not something that I need to put my clients through. When using Gigi it never burns them considering the temperature. Obviously if you have it up too high, which there’s no point, then you will. I will continue to buy their products because they never have steered me wrong. I don’t normally use this when it comes to other things outside of the face. That may be something else you need to look into although it does say all purpose.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I bought this product, and oh my goodness. IT IS HELL ON EARTH. Extremely sticky nearly impossible to remove and hellish in many ways. I don't have the warmer to go with the product so I did a little research and found out to remove a spoonful, as needed, and use in microwave safe bowl. The spooning out itself was nearly impossible which I partially expected. I had put on my leg and arm, a small amount to test. I waited around half an hour and began to worry. I removed a tiny amount off of the top but there was still a huge amount of stickiness and the actual wax itself on there. So I followed the instructions and as it was not hardening in the slightest I tried everything I could think of. About 2 hours later my arm was red and my leg was virtually unchanged, the only thing different is that the wax had spread and was now picking up dog and cat hair. Over 3 hours later I have still not succeeded in removing the wax. Do not waste your money or your time on this hellish product. I am so glad that I tried out on my leg and arm because I don't want to imagine trying it on my face. I did do research on this before purchasing and saw positive comments, initially you only see the okay comments, but you actually have to look for negative ones. When you do find negative though there are a lot of them. DO NOT BUY unless you have a day to kill and want to have sticky wax on you forever!!!! -Edit: I succeeded in removing wax eventually by putting Vaseline on wax and waiting ten minutes. So if you do get it stuck this method works to get the stickiness off pretty well.
