If looking for a gu to try while running I recommend these! They were my first ones and I do not think I will ever try anything else, they work great, just slightly expensive. However, that is what you get for Gu with caffeine, amino acids, and everything else they have! I starting taking these when training for a half marathon and found that they helped my performance, and made me feel more energized while running. I highly recommend these Gus, as they are pretty easy to get down (takes me about a minute or two) while running, and do not taste terrible at all. I recommend getting these ones or any others with caffeine from this brand!

Use this when going on longer runs to help give me energy. They have a few different flavors, i'd recommend trying a few different ones to see which ones you like. I typically mix it up and get 4-5 different kinds.

So I’ve bought runners goo before but this one was not my personal flavor . It did its job though but I decided to place mine in the fridge to make it a little cold . It does its purpose I was just not a big fan of this particular flavor
