These bad boys are great! Started taking one to two before each meal depending on size of meal. These have worked tremendously for my digestion! Since taking them which I started a couple weeks to three weeks ago, I’ve already lost 6 pounds and have managed to keep it off. These pills drastically reduce the bloating and uncomfortable feeling after eating a meal. My habits have no changed as far as what I’m eating or exercise but I’ve noticed my clothes fit better and I don’t feel as gross after meals. There’s also no taste to these unlike other supplements I take or bad smell. But for overall weight loss journey, these are great in assisting digestion.

My sister uses these with every meal. I have only used them on the occasions when my stomach starts feeling uncomfortable because I think my stomach is simply not happy with whatever I've eaten. They work well enough that within a half hour, I have forgotten that I even had abdominal discomfort.
