Bought the red and yellow construction paper to cut with a vinyl cutter as a part of a larger project. At about $2 a pack, this was a not brainer. 9"x12" sheets worked fine for my purpose (I wanted more than standard letter paper) Didn't take much to set it up with the vinyl cutter and once I did it cut fairly clearly, although the loose course fibers stayed on the sticky cutting mat I used with the vinyl cutter more than I'd like.
