The product is a great product. I have no complaints about the product. I was extremely upset at the place I purchased it from. When it was delivered, the box the filters came in where just wrapped in brown paper, which came soaking wet from the post office due to rain. all Three filters were soaking wet, and the entire package was smashed!!! And considering I paid almost 9.00 dollars for shipping (which was a joke) since the product only cost 8.00.I will make sure next time I order them, it will not be from that company.

One of the best filters you can get. I have two Eheim 2217 on a 75 gallon cichlid tank and it keeps it crystal clear. I just change out the filter pads every month. It is very user friendly.

I use these in all my (3) Eheim filters and they make a big difference in the clarity of the water. I find they do well for 2-3 filter cleanings then are best replaced.
