I used to get these from stores but they aren't always in stock. I get twelve at a time and they are fresh tasting to the last packet. I eat 1/2 cup a day (2 net carbs) as I'm doing the keto thing. It replaces my popcorn-one-by-one movie watching habit. Will buy again.

I originally found a bag of the roasted and salted shelled pumpkin seeds by Good Sense here on Bolo but they were the Organic ones. Those were really, really delicious and since they were out of stock most times I looked to reorder, I decided to check at all my local grocery stores. And gee whiz, I could not find any shelled pumpkin seeds if my life depended on it. So I came back here and decided to see if there were any other brands I could get.Luckily I saw these ones and since the box of twelve was a much better buy than purchasing a single bag, I bought a whole 72 ounces. The shelf life was about ten months away and although I don't think these taste as salty as the Organic brand, they are still yummy! I eat them on salads, with cheese, or just by themselves. My husband even puts these on his sandwich. There's really no limit to what you can do with them and they come in resealable bags too. We currently only have three left so I'll be ordering more soon =)

It seems that I was unable to find roasted/salted pumpkin seeds, for quite some time, during the pandemic. I'm so glad that I completely and utterly ignored the fabled warnings of some saboteur on here, about "unexpected contents" of the packaging. No such "contents" in my 6 packages; just fresh and delicious pepitas!

These are better than the other brands I have tried. Most have an ingredients list along the lines of "Pumpkin seeds, salt, (maybe some kind of oil)" and that's it, and usually taste as bland as paper to me. I like salt, nay...I love salt. These have a nice roasted flavor, and salt you can actually taste. They are not overly salty tasting, you don't feel the salt on your fingers, and there isn't a layer of salt in the bottom of the bag like you see in a bag of pretzels. It was nice not to have to get out the salt shaker and dump some in the bag.I wound up eating nearly a whole bag in one sitting. If you like nuts and seeds, and enjoy a tasty salty snack then you will most definetly like these.

Great bang for the buck! My husband and I add these to salads and bags of pumpkin seeds are really hard to find and when I do find them they are really pricey. Flavor is really good and would definitely recommend to others.
