This sauce is very versatile. You can put a few drops on eggs and really brighten the taste. I used it to flavor a pot roast in a pressure cooker, with a quarter cup of Frank’s hot sauce, 4 cups of beef stock, quarter cup of Worcestershire sauce, onions and potatoes. Once the steam starts, you cook it for 35 minutes. It is the most delicious one pot meal that you have ever tasted.

Franks was the hot sauce first use on buffalo wings when they were invented. Is simply the best hot sauce around and fantastic plain on wings. I even prefer it when it is a few days opened, it gets a little sweeter. My family goes through what seems to be gallons of this a year. Can be a little salty though.
