Key takeaway for me - I take it at bedtime (around 9pm), I am “ready to go” on/around 5am. I started with one capsule but found no result. I went right up to three capsules as advised but waited until the weekend so I was close to a bathroom just in case. This is like clockwork. BUT, it’s worth mentioning that it’s quite a “quick” situation. I also feel “gurgly” during the following day but never in emergency mode. It is effective and painless.Edit: important addition! I noticed that I feel shaky after going VERY effectively in the morning after taking it. Recommend getting some electrolytes. I drink a bottle of water with Liquid-IV or a Gatorade after the bathroom to prevent dehydration.

Until then, the product's effectiveness is overshadowed by this problem. I hope the manufacturer takes steps to correct this issue.

I took three instructed and it hit me hard. Unfortunately I was in the grocery store when it happened. Buyer beware they are very effective So don’t leave the house the next morning!!!

Folks, this will not only do its job but it does it very well. Take it at night two hours or more after dinner, sleep on it and be ready to his the bathroom in the morning. DO NOT take it in the middle of the day you will not be happy with the results if you arent near a bathroom. Two toilet paper rolls up we recommend.

Take a capsule with a full glass of water. No sludge or yucky taste. I only used one capsule when I started. I prefer to take the conservative path. It worked gently for me. The problem is that I failed to double check for interactions with my medications. It gave me a whopper of a headache within 15 minutes of taking it. Tried it several nights before I figured out the problem. My mistake not the product. I liked how it worked. Discontinued because the product interacts negatively with one my prescriptions. Easy enough for a person to look up before they purchase.

I recently shifted to uk I went to GP so many times, tried all the medicine nothing helped me. But this was I would say works amazing without any pain & harm. Execellent product 🤍 one more thing I started taking with 2 tablets & they works fine

Best solution to constipation I have come across in over 45 years!
As a coeliac I have had a lifelong battle with severe constipation, (7 to 10 days!) I have tried everything and nothing really worked until now. I should mention that I have a large section of spastic colon.These are amazing!!! They get everything moving overnight. As my problem is extreme I found the 5 tablets worked a treat but for normal people whose colon actually works but are suffering from holiday constipation etc. I would take 3.I also found that unlike using normal laxatives I had no side effects and simply felt empty and well the following day.I would not be without these now, they are brilliant.

So pleased I found this. After a lifetime of a pretty sluggish gut, & having tried dozens of things over the years for constipation (including colonics) - I’m just so relieved to have something that really does work for me. I would say to be careful to begin with. For the initial week / 10 day cleanse I took 3 tablets before bed each night & that worked wonderfully - a proper detox - let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t go for the 5 tablets! I now take 2 tablets at bedtime every 3 or 4 days just to keep things moving regularly. Absolutely no cramping, just gently go to the toilet properly on a daily basis now - over the moon :-) I would just add, not to take the tablets with a fizzy drink (as I read in one of the reviews) it really does speed up / increase the effect hugely & you wouldn’t want to be far from the toilet at all. We’re all different, but this honestly has worked wonders for me - none of that awful griping or diarrhoea you get with some old school laxatives - just naturally soft motions. Hope it works for you too x
