Love this flavor so much. It's mildly sweet and very flavorful. There isn't a lot of good options for non-diary protein snacks and this is such a life-saver.

The best flavor, in my opinion. It does taste like vanilla and almonds. Good for hiking and such outdoor activities. Or for eating as you drive to work because you wake up late. Whatever works for you.

This was purchased as an alternative to reheating breakfast sandwiches for days when sitting down for a traditional breakfast was out of the question. Reheating generally led to cold spots in the sandwiches (or breakfast burritos), having to deal with the mess of wrapping it in foil or a baggie, and the need to eat it quickly before it either went cold or risked spoilage.We went through some research when looking into protein bars, because many use whey as their prime source of nutrients. Having sensitive stomachs, that simply didn't fly, so we were happy when we found the Clif builder bars.They're an awesome tasting, very filling, excellent source of protein. 20 grams per bar, to be exact. They're convenient to throw in your purse or work bag, and can easily be eaten with no mess or fuss while driving, using the computer, or multitasking on any level.The vanilla almond has sort of a yogurty vanilla-esque taste, but is very good, and whey free! We continue to buy these bars through Bolo prime out of convenience, though I have found them occasionally on sale for slightly less through local retailers.

There are no suspicious ingredients in the protein bars; such as palm oil, corn syrup, artificial sugar, colorings etc. I like the protein content and it is not grainy at all. I've tried almost all of the products from the company. I buy whatever the cheapest when I'm purchasing them at the moment. The vanilla Almond was delicious, not over powering with the flavor!

The vanilla bars are mediocre in taste. They taste like a protein bar - not in a good way. I much prefer the chocolate peanut butter flavor. The texture good though - has some crispy bits.

Big enough to replace a meal if you eat light. Definitely useful. The flavor is awesome! not too sweet. Just perfect. It’s chewy and not dry! Will benefit a hungry person needing to eat less because it’ll fill you up for a while.
Better options in this product line
The taste isn't as good as the other flavors (chocolate being my favorite) but it's still nice. Texture is very similar to others - on the dry side - but you get a nice amount of protein per calories (20g per 280kcal) compared with many other protein snacks that have a lower reading (10g per 200kcal typically)
Pretty hard but good flavor
Craving almond cake? Get some of these! Keep them out of the fridge or it will be hard to chew. Gets extra points for being vegetal protein.
